Bilingual Technical Support Engineer

  • Experience working in a helpdesk customer support role within a software/hardware product development organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally bilingual English and Italian/Spanish/French/Portuguese
  • Communications product support background (GSM, 3G, 4G, LTE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth) desirable
  • Ability to diagnose and configure Windows servers and in-house tools
  • UK security clearance required (must have been a UK resident for a minimum 3 years)
  • Must have full clean driver’s licence and car
