We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst & Architect to join the TripShift team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by translating business needs into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, including Product, Tech, and Sales/Marketing to gather and analyse requirements, define system architecture, and design technical solutions that meet business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Product and Commercial teams to understand and document product requirements, objectives, and processes from a technical perspective.
• Translate these requirements into technical specifications, including data models, system architecture, and solution design documents.
• Ensure all requirements are spec’d to the level of detail required for efficient development by the Tech team.
• Work closely with Product & Tech team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and architectural standards.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team during customer onboarding to ensure smooth experience and quick identification & resolving of any technical issues.
• Provide guidance and support to the Tech team throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Define and document system architecture, including software components, interfaces, and integration points.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and technologies.
• Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software development and architecture.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with significant Technical Architecture experience.
• Experience working on B2B platform and mobile application products, with a focus on data-rich products
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in system architecture design and modelling tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
