The Role

The UK Partnerships team are responsible for sourcing new cashback deals and delivering value to our members and partners alike.

The position will involve developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with merchants, affiliate networks and agencies and may involve occasional travel to events within the UK, for networking purposes. It also offers an excellent opportunity to learn and to be given responsibility for key tasks and functions. The position will also help you to develop a substantial contact base within the affiliate and partnership marketing industry.

In this role, you will take charge of a diverse portfolio of brands, serving as their main point of contact. Your core responsibilities will include:

·       Crafting advertising plans that align with each partner’s vision and goals

·       Employing a data-driven approach to continuously assess brand performance

·       Communicating key findings and recommendations to partners

·       Creating case studies that capture campaign successes and learnings

·       Representing the Partnerships Team at meetings and industry events

Requirements

·       Relationship Builder - creating and maintaining relationships with clients over video call, via email and in person

·       Clear Communicator - you'll be providing information to clients as well as colleagues both written and verbally

·       Time Management Skills - after training you will be required to manage your own workloads, so ability to prioritise and work to deadlines is key

·       Continuous Learner - Keeping up to date with industry trends

·       Problem Solver - have an analytical approach to problem solving

·       Microsoft Office– full training will be provided, though basic knowledge is beneficial 

No prior knowledge of affiliate marketing is required, although it is beneficial.
