As an IT Administrator at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll provide support to colleagues and the office management for both hardware and software support, maintenance and set up. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and develop their career in a growing tech company. What’s involved? 

You will sit within our Platform team and work closely with our IT and Security Manager to ensure that everyone can do their job effectively with all the equipment and software they need. You will provide reactive support to IT issues and work proactively to ensure equipment, tools and systems are set up and running well.

An IT savvy problem solver who takes pride in helping people. You may be a support engineer currently and want to further develop your professional experience within this field or you have proven experience within IT support and want a new challenge or opportunity. Whilst this role will have a lot of support, the successful candidate will be inquisitive and independent in their approach to solving problems


You might also have experience of

  • Systems administration 
  • Software: Knowledge of Mac OS, SAAS products, Microsoft Office, Google apps and other productivity and application software
  • Hardware: Hands on experience of setting up and fixing printers, network cabling, a range of computing equipment such as laptops, monitors and accessories.
  • Appreciation of computer security, VoIP telephone systems, computer networking and Internet technology. 
  • Security policies and procedures including developing and creating process documentation
  • Mobile device management and device policy configuration

Who you’ll work with 

The whole business, this is a centralised role but you’ll be a key member of the Platform team working closely with our IT and Security Manager in collaboration with our Office Manager and CTO.
