Role and Opportunity:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial operations manager OR project manager to help drive our ambitious expansion plans. You will oversee new customer installations from contractual handover to launch day, ensuring exceptional customer success and satisfaction. This hands-on role requires travel nationwide and demands a proactive, articulate individual with exceptional communication and technical skills.

Requirements

• Take ownership of assigned projects, coordinating activities internally and with clients.
• Ensure adherence to the ParkIT Project Implementations Framework and manage project risks.
• Control project budgets and resource allocation whilst maintaining project documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for high-quality project delivery.
• Support customer onboarding and staff training.
• Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders and conduct solution workshops.
• Assist in testing new releases and maintain technical documentation.

Essential Experience:

• Proven project management experience in a hands-on, fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and technical knowledge in B2B SaaS platforms.
• Experience in process-driven operational businesses, preferably in logistics.
• Strong team player with the ability to manage a busy workload and project backlog.
• Full clean driving licence.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile, PMP and Prince 2 project methodologies are advantageous
