About the team

Working within a larger team with global accountability for Portfolio Management, Asset and Configuration Management you will part of a small team providing Portfolio Management globally for all Worldpay Solutions, Products and Services.

What you will be doing

Working as part of a team you will implement & support best practices and procedures for Portfolio Management.
 

You will be responsible for building and maintaining Configuration Management Database (CMDB) foundational data; Solution, Product and Services in addition to some CMDB operational data, ensuring Service Commitments are mapped to Clients and Applications correctly.
 

• You will be required to assist in the development, and implementation, of effective procedures and processes for accurately tracking & accounting for Solutions, Products, Services and thier commitments and the clients consuming them through their lifecycles,

• Ensuring Products and Service attributes and relationships are correct in the CMDB by providing guidance to stakeholders, perfomring data certfication exercises and direct updates when required,

• Provide input where Products and Services overlap to reduce organisational cost and complexity,

• Working with Product Management, provide input to new Product and Service discussions to ensure awareness of what is already available,

• Support Audits and proactively identify risk areas and advise on mitigation,

• Strong senior stakeholder management and the ability to articulate the value of Portolio Management processes to the business

• Develop training material and presentations, educating project and operational personnel in the requirements for foundational data in the CMDB,

• Ensure that KPIs, SLAs etc., are met,

• You will provide day to day operational support to the Portfolio Management Lead.

What you bring:

• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills,

• Hands-on experience of ServiceNow toolset and other Product Management tools such as Salesforce,

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with personal initiative,

• Ability to see structure and bring order to undefined (or poorly defined) processes, as well as develop and implement processes,

• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,

• Ability to follow process and demonstrate high degree of accuracy/quality,

• An understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CDSM).

Added bonus if you have:
 

An understanding of Solution, Product and Service concepts

Experience of Merchant Processing

Knowledge of PowerBI and ability to use data insights to present business cases.

ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred.
