After hiring our initial engineering team, scaling our technology, culture and business, we’re now preparing for the next stages of growth and require your help to achieve this. We’re looking for someone that can support our engineering team as we mature, with hiring, best-practice processes, tools and any other needs they may have. We’d also expect you to have strategic input on how we’ll expand the team and our SDLC as we move into our next phase, Series A. This will include hiring, coaching, forecasting, strategy planning and technical architecture leadership.
