We are hiring for two dynamic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) Solutions Architects to join our team!

One position focuses on a Functional Architect, where the ideal candidate will bring expert-level understanding of finance and operations processes, adept at translating business needs into effective D365 F&SCM solutions.

The second opening is for a Technical Architect, geared towards professionals with a strong background in the technical aspects of D365 F&SCM, including system integration, custom development, and performance optimisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform an assessment of the customer’s existing business and technology imperatives, goals and challenges
  • Use a design-led thinking approach in identifying customer needs and accelerating customer digital transformation
  • Lead the Dynamics 365 design workshops directly with stakeholders as part of the pre-sales motion of the solution selling method
  • Participate in every aspect of the Dynamics 365 solution implementation from start up, analysis, design, and cut over to production
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements are aligned to business objectives, gaining a full understanding of current business processes
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 cloud platform
  • Conduct technical proof of concepts for first of a kind, unknown, or complex situations
  • Work with off-shore design, development and/or testing teams to coordinate deliverables, schedule milestones, quality, among other items
  • Participate in business development activities, from opportunity identification, qualification, scoping, solutioning, proposal writing, orals presentations and demonstrations
  • Mentor internal team members to develop and acquire technical knowledge
  • Support Project Manager in defining project plan and provide effort estimate
  • Support Project Manager in tracking deliverable to success and with high standards.
