Oxford – once a month in the office

I’m currently working for a global business who are well established within the online gaming/gambling industry and looking for a Senior Web Developer to join their growing team. The company work for some of the largest online casinos with global markets, have been going for over 20 years and have a well-established team of over 15 developers split across 3 teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop modern web applications across the group.
• Collaborate with wider teams to implement key features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Desire to learn new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug web applications to resolve issues.
• Have good analytical skills which helps promote a logic-based approach.
• Excellent understanding of task planning, budgeting and documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within Web Development.
• Backend Skills: Laravel, PHP, MySQL, REST APIs
• Frontend Skills: JavaScript/Typescript, Svelte or Vue, React, HTML, CSS.
• Additional Skills: SOLID, Jest, Cloudflare, AWS, BrowserStack, Mobile.
• Able to conduct code reviews and mentor developers where needed.
• Confident working across different teams.
• Good collaborative and communications skills.

Salary/Benefits

• £60,000-£70,000
• UK based candidates – no sponsorship can be offered.
• 20% of 1months salary paid out each quarter.
