Oxford – once a month in the office
I’m currently working for a global business who are well established within the online gaming/gambling industry and looking for a Senior Web Developer to join their growing team. The company work for some of the largest online casinos with global markets, have been going for over 20 years and have a well-established team of over 15 developers split across 3 teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop modern web applications across the group.
- Collaborate with wider teams to implement key features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Desire to learn new technologies.
- Troubleshoot and debug web applications to resolve issues.
- Have good analytical skills which helps promote a logic-based approach.
- Excellent understanding of task planning, budgeting and documentation.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within Web Development.
- Backend Skills: Laravel, PHP, MySQL, REST APIs
- Frontend Skills: JavaScript/Typescript, Svelte or Vue, React, HTML, CSS.
- Additional Skills: SOLID, Jest, Cloudflare, AWS, BrowserStack, Mobile.
- Able to conduct code reviews and mentor developers where needed.
- Confident working across different teams.
- Good collaborative and communications skills.
Salary/Benefits
- £60,000-£70,000
- UK based candidates – no sponsorship can be offered.
- 20% of 1months salary paid out each quarter.
- 22 days holiday.
