Salary: £40-45k
Currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience that combines both business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure efficient, high-quality software development. You will also act as a bridge between management, stakeholders, and the development team - streamlining requirements gathering, defining clear processes, and rigorously testing new features.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs to developers
- Process documentation
- Working with developers to understand technical restraints
- Some manual testing on new features and fixes
About You
We're looking for someone who can offer stream lining requirements gathering and defining clear processes and testing new features.
- Proven experience in a BA role
- Agile and Jira ticketing systems
- Familiarity with test code design and defect tracking
- Process improvement initiatives (desirable)
- Confident liaising wit non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Manual testing ( desirable)
