We're currently working alongside a leading construction and civil engineering organisation to recruit a Digital Solutions Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Development: Collaborate with our digital team to support applications such as SharePoint (online and on-prem) and Power Platform tools.
• Incident & Problem Management: Efficiently handle Power Platform and SharePoint-related issues.
• Change Management: Lead automation projects, converting manual processes into optimized digital workflows.
• Proactive Monitoring: Actively monitor digital architecture to address emerging issues pre-emptively.
• Workflow Management: Develop and manage Power Automate workflows with Microsoft 365 integration.
• Global Collaboration: Engage with international colleagues for cohesive service management.
• Guidance & Expertise: Provide Power Platform support, training, and best-practice advice to end-users.

Desired Qualifications:

• Accredited MS Power Platform and SharePoint certifications are preferred.

Skills:

Essential:

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Desirable:

• Experience with Power Pages, Power BI, Azure Portal, Logic Apps, Power Virtual Agent, CoE Tool Kit, and Microsoft SharePoint 16 & 19.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Fx, Appenate, Microsoft Windows Server OS and Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Web Services, Nintex Workflow, Sharegate, ITIL frameworks, and IT Service Management tools.
