We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced PMO Lead to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the PMO, ensuring effective project governance and delivery across all projects, while maintaining alignment with organisational goals.
- You will provide guidance and expertise throughout the implementation of the ShareDo Case Management Software, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilisation.
- You will engage with all stakeholders, ensuring that they remain informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.
- We are looking for a leader with a can-do attitude who is not afraid to take a hands-on approach when needed to drive project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in establishing and managing a Project Management Office, with a track record of successful project governance and delivery.
- Extensive experience within the legal sector is essential, as you will be required to understand the challenges and requirements specific to this industry.
- Experience in Rollouts of ShareDo Case Management Software
- A proactive individual who is willing to engage directly with teams and stakeholders to facilitate project success and address any issues head-on.
- You will be responsible for leading the Proof of Concept for ShareDo, ensuring that stakeholder engagement is prioritised and that feedback is gathered effectively.
