About the Performance & Modelling Lead Role

Duration: 12-months

Location: Bristol

As the Performance & Modelling Lead, you will be responsible for driving the simulation, modelling, and validation activities across the entire RF Seeker chain. This includes everything from radar propagation and hardware response to the development of sophisticated embedded software algorithms. Your expertise in areas such as algorithm development, data analysis, and technical report writing will be invaluable as you work to rapidly test, iterate, and deliver game-changing defence capabilities.

What We're Looking For

The ideal Performance & Modelling Lead will possess a strong background in modelling and coding, as well as experience in algorithm development and simulation validation. Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink, as well as knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing, are highly desirable. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a proven track record in project management, budget control, and risk management.
