IT Support Technician required by Communications client. Our client deliver world class broadband and internet services and are a leading player in the communications domain. Due to team expansion, our client is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to help them in their growth.
Essential Skills and Experience
- HND or Degree in Computing or a similar discipline
- 2+ years of working for a Managed Services Provider – MSP
- Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows Desktop 10/11 skills and experience
- Previous experience doing 1st and 2nd Line support roles
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of VMware or other Virtual Environments
- Microsoft Qualifications would be highly desirable.
