Your Mission:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements that drive key business outcomes.
• Help shape the product backlog and contribute to sprint planning with a keen eye on what's important for business growth.
• Bring clarity to complex requirements and ensure that delivery is aligned with business objectives.
• Play a key role in crafting processes that optimise the end-to-end client journey.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Get to know the business inside-out and recommend ways to refine operations, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service.
