Our customer platform team are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer. Your role here will be to join the committed delivery teams building a new selling solution using Salesforce Industries, AWS and Dynamics. We're enabling better service to our customers; faster speed to market for our business stakeholders; and a faster slicker experience for our solvers.
Location: We have a hybrid-work environment, where you will be predominantly home-based but required to travel to Windsor office occasionally

Your role
Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint work
Assist solution architects with technical design and breaking down complex tasks
Accountable for timely delivery of assigned tickets, meeting acceptance criteria
Conduct spikes/investigations into innovative technologies for future project viability
Ensure teammates' work meets code quality standards through reviews
Coordinate with other teams for integrations, ensuring alignment of tasks and APIs
Work with the QA team to investigate and resolve issues
Mentor junior team members, providing assistance with tasks and problem-solving
Your experience
Salesforce Developer with expertise in both declarative and programmatic development
Sales and Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) an advantage: Omniscripts; EPC; Integration Procedures
Use of Git or similar version control system
Background in working within an agile/SCRUM environment
Experience delivering robust and scalable systems
Good verbal and written communication skills and a team player
Attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
