We are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to manage and support a user base of over 150 in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully on-site position requiring a hands-on professional who can effectively manage IT systems, address technical challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support for 150+ users.
- Manage and maintain the organization's hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring security compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance systems and streamline processes.
What's on Offer:
- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with a 10% bonus.
- Location: South Manchester (On-Site, Monday to Friday)
