Are you an experienced IT Manager or Senior Infrastructure Engineer, looking for that next step in your career? Are you keen to join a company and have full autonomy over the design, implementation and management of the companies entire Infrastructure estate? Are you keen to make key decisions around how the company uses technology to meet the goals of the business? If yes, this is the role for you.  You will work closely with wider stakeholders and the wider IT Service delivery team, to determine what the business needs from technology. You will then work with your team to drive continuous improvement across the IT Infrastructure estate. Sound like something you are keen to be part of?

Role: IT Manager aka Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator  

Location: Oxford

Salary: £50k-£55k base salary plus great benefits

What you will bring to the table:

You will have previous experience as an IT Manager or Lead Infrastructure Engineer, with a skill set that covers taking ownership over the performance and management of an entire company wide IT Infrastructure suite including Hardware, Software and Networks.  Previous man management experience would be great as you will be managing the internal IT teams, ad well as 3rd party suppliers. We need someone who enjoys working with non-technical individuals, and who can translate and determine tech requirements to the wider business. Previous experience working across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical levels is a must. A strong Microsoft background is a must with experience of Office 365. If you bring any Microsoft certifications with you that would be awesome, but is not essential.
