Moxie People is supporting a well-known third sector organisation in hiring a Digital Change Manager for a 12-18 month fixed-term contract. This role involves leading a digital transformation programme across four key systems, including iTrent.
Role: Digital Change Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff / Hybrid
Duration: 12-18 months FTC (initially)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of digital change initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align system functionality with strategic goals and business process automation.
- Process Optimisation: Redesign processes to enhance user experience and identify system improvement opportunities.
- Governance & Reporting: Develop governance frameworks, manage reporting programmes, and track project progress.
- Tender Management: Handle vendor evaluation and selection processes.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in project management and digital transformation.
- Successful track record of systems implementation/integration (iTrent experience is a plus).
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with Directors, users, and technical teams.
- CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience (desirable)
