The Company:

A mid sized leading UK based tech services company, offering innovative infrastructure solutions across the UK

 

The Role:
The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of around 30 established clients across Scotland, driving retention, growth, and client satisfaction to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in sales and retention within existing client accounts.
  • Create upsell and cross-sell strategies to meet / exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support clients and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide weekly AOV and Contract Bank churn forecasts, with defined close plans/mitigation activities stepping through the timelines associated to each sales stage

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, retention, and growth in tech services or software.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, including complex renewals.
  • Strong knowledge of Scotland's tech industry.
  • A team player with a hands-on approach and a track record of exceeding targets.

Salary - £60k-£80k base + £35k-£50k comms (depending on experience)
