One of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers following a highly prestigious, high value account win, due to go live in autumn 2025, are looking to recruit a Technology Deployment Lead to head up a 7 stream programme of works, providing the necessary IT support across the new account.

The account is public sector, spanning Hard and Soft services across the client's national portfolio. As a key account it is  very high value, complex and pressurised, meaning the service must be robust and agile, backed up by a strong IT infrastructure

In this role, you will coordinate and drive the 7 work streams of:

• CAFM (engineering, cleaning, workplace services)
• Frontline workers connectivity and communication
• Workplace experience
• Infrastructure and end user compute devices
• Sustainability inc waste & energy
• Data and Analytics
• Systems Integration with client systems

Upon taking the role, only immediate steps will be in place, it will be up to you to develop the programme with sufficient risk controls in place, and close cooperation with each work stream lead. These leads will not report into you.

You will need to work effectively with 3 key stakeholders - the end client, the employer’s mobilisation team and the stream leads

Upon go live of the contract, this role can either go into the Account Head of IT role, or will finish as a Fixed term Contract depending on your preference

This is a fantastic role for a highly experienced Technology Deployment/Mobilisation Lead who can demonstrate evidence of programme delivery, ideally within a Facilities contact

More actions will include:

• Creation of programme of delivery for the IT workstreams
• Creation of governance process in line with wider mobilisation team, outside of technology
• Creation of communication plans, templates to capture risks, mitigation, challenges, opportunities etc as well as regular programme updates to IT operational teams and senior stakeholder
• Capture and tracking of time/costs against planned budgets
• Provide tactical guidance on emerging challenges with relevant parties to come up with pragmatic solutions to solve for now and prevent in the future.
• Attend and present Technology programme progress in internal and client facing meeting (blend of face to face and Virtual sessions
