Are you a proactive and dynamic Second Line Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you love the variety of no two days being the same?

This is an opportunity for a skilled second line technician with a passion for problem-solving to join a UK leading tech for good organisation.

About the Role:

As a Second Line Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring offices across Yorkshire are running smoothly. You'll be supporting users remotely and on-site, handling a blend of project and BAU work, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also conduct site surveys, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and work closely with the infrastructure team on improvements.

Skills & Requirements…

  • Proven experience in a Second Line Support or similar role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Server technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and wireless networks.
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle, with the ability to travel between sites.
  • Knowledge of printer troubleshooting, office configurations, and infrastructure surveys.
