About the Role
The Workdry Group has seen enormous growth over recent years and is scaling up its investment in technology to drive greater customer engagement and operational efficiency. Due to this we are recruiting a Business Analyst to maximise the value of data insights in the Group, supporting our overall strategy and long-term goals. As Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling our digital transformation.
Based on site at our Chandlers Ford Head Office, with regular visits to various business locations, this role would be ideal for someone within a 30-minute commute of SO53 3ZL.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes, workflows and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern digital applications.
- Design and propose comprehensive ERP and CRM solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing processes and technology infrastructure.
- Take responsibility for defining business requirements and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop analytics solutions that drive business insights, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with project teams and the technology function whilst collaborating with various departments, facilitating communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout projects.
- Support the project management function with project planning, execution, and the monitoring of activities.
- Ensure that data-driven decisions are based on accurate, timely, and well-organised information.
- Establish and enforce policies for data security, compliance, and usage, while maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the process.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancements to digital applications and business processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Certifications in business analysis such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CBPP (are desired but not essential). Any LEAN/Six Sigma qualifications (are desired but not essential).
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives using software solutions such as ERP and CRM systems. Ability to identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement effective digital strategies.
- Extensive experience as a business analyst with a strong focus on process mapping and optimisation. Proficiency in using tools like Miro and Visio for creating detailed process maps and workflows.
- Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, with the ability to configure and optimise these platforms to meet business needs. Familiarity with software integration and data management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Capacity to leverage data insights to drive decision-making and process enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Skilled in conveying complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work with project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and technology landscapes. Willingness to continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in line with industry trends.
- Experience working on digital transformation projects at a global scale, understanding regional variations and compliance requirements.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary to various business locations. Regular UK travel with rare need for international travel (EU only).
