We are representing a prestigious business based in Clifton, Bristol, that values integrity, spirit, and resilience. They are looking for a Senior IT Technician to join their enterprise level IT department.
As the Senior IT Technician, you will perform remote and onsite support to customers through a ticketing system, resolving incidents and service requests quickly and efficiently. You will gain exposure to a range of technologies and have the opportunity to further develop your skills.
We are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a tech-support role, ideally at 1st/2nd line
- Prior experience with Active Directory, windows technology, hardware etc.
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Experience with the Google business software suite
- Experience supporting MAC and Apple machines
