What You’ll Do:
As an Application Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for customers as they update, migrate and integrate with our clients cutting-edge financial platforms. Through You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences while providing high-quality support and training. Once fully trained, your role will include:
- Onboarding new customers, guiding them through the setup, migration, and integration of financial systems.
- Acting as a super user and product expert, providing in-depth knowledge of the platform and resolving user queries.
- Training customers on the use of their SaaS applications, ensuring they are confident and fully equipped to leverage the system’s features.
- Assisting with sandbox, data migration and ensuring smooth transitions for clients from legacy systems to advanced platforms.
- Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer onboarding processes and ensure clients’ feedback is incorporated into future product developments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in customer support or training roles, ideally with a focus on SaaS or financial systems.
- Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms and provide effective training to users with varying technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of financial applications, accounting systems, or similar technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Experience in onboarding and data migration processes is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
