Product Analyst 

Salary up to £35,000.00 Per annum (depending on experience)

37.5 hours per week- Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office.

12.5% Annual Bonus

We are looking for a Product Analyst / Business Analyst to join the businesses rapidly growing team, and play a crucial role in the growth and journey of the company. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Assessment: Working with internal and external stakeholders to map product requirements, features and outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse product and user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Market & User Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product colleagues and wider business teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Communication: Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Documentation: Ensure product documentation accurately reflects the company' product, updating and improving as required to meet the needs of clients and wider business teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: In a relevant field like statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business.
• Experience: 1-2+ years of product analytics (tech, IT or engineering) or related experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Business Analytics or Business Process Engineering experience
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM's
• Understanding of UX: To translate data into user-centric insights.
• Experience of Agile Product Development
