Role: Contract Shopify Developer
Duration: 3 Month Contract (with potential extension)
Day Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: London (Fully Remote)

Allegiance Group are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will work across multiple eCommerce websites, collaborating closely with our in-house design, marketing and development teams to implement custom Shopify solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes to enhance the functionality of various eCommerce stores.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate third-party tools and apps to improve store performance.
• Create and update custom features for product pages, carts, and checkout.
• Troubleshoot and debug Shopify stores to enhance user experience and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and deliver solutions aligned with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Solid understanding of Shopify's Liquid templating language.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
• Experience with API integrations and third-party apps within Shopify.
• Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, including SEO optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
