Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Business Analyst to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful Business Analyst will be an analytical, technical and astute candidate who is confident reviewing and transforming data and information into systems solutions that fit the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, or will be a technical ,analytical candidate looking to secure their first role as a Business Analyst where you will be working as part of a successful and highly-knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with other departments within the business, gathering information and transforming it into technical design documents

- Review and interpret information from other departments, suggesting the best use of the information and creating technical documentation for the business to use moving forward

- Identify and compare the best processes and delivery methods to use within the business and why

- Identify areas where process improvement can be implemented, and areas within the business that could be altered for better efficiency

- Answer any questions or queries from other departments

Key Experience:

- Excellent analytical skills

- Able to work in a fast-changing environment, adapting where necessary

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst would be advantageous, although not essential

- Technical understanding of C#, Visio, SQL, Azure would be advantageous

- A logical thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
