Are you a Business Analyst with strong analytic skills?

Our client is a leading insurance company seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative business solutions and process improvements. Working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and both front-end and back-end development teams, you will ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and met.

This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days a week in the office, which is based in central Liverpool.

What you'll be doing:

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualise current and future state processes.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Business Cases: Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
  • Implementation Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in process mapping and workflow diagramming tools.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Azure, including Azure Data Lake, is highly desirable.
