We're looking to appoint an IT Manager to manage our client's small IT department on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the planning, maintenance and support of all IT hardware and software across the Group including the management of two IT technicians.
IT Manager - Role & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure to maintain stable, secure and productive information systems with adequate provision of in house and remote user support
- Oversee the installation, configuration & maintenance of computer hardware related equipment. Install software for new employees
- Manage the budget for the provision of IT systems, hardware and software
- Provide training and technical support to users on related technology
IT Manager - Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of three years experience in an IT management role covering hardware and software installation, configuration, ongoing maintenance / support
- Appropriate industry qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows Servers & Exchange
- Experience of antivirus/malware software
