Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain blockchain applications and smart contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into financial services platform
• Ensure high levels of security, performance and scalability
• Develop custom blockchain infrastructure to support decentralized financial products

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer in a fintech or financial services environment
• Strong proficiency in blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar
• Experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, or Vyper)
• Solid understanding of cryptographic principles and decentralized applications (dApps)
• Knowledge of consensus algorithms and blockchain protocols
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with financial or payment systems
• Knowledge of tokenomics and DeFi protocols
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in fintech/blockchain
