ERP Functional Consultant

Our client is a Manchester-based ERP solutions provider specialising in implementing and supporting SAP Business One. They are seeking an experienced and confident Functional Consultant to join their team, working closely with clients to deliver tailored ERP solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Business One implementation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, map business processes, and recommend how SAP Business One can be of benefit.
• Configure and customise SAP Business One to meet client specifications.
• Support data migration and create system reports.
• Deliver user training and comprehensive documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues, both remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated and optimised solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Functional Consultant with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Epicor, or Syspro).
• Experience with SAP Business One is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules and their application to business processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications are a bonus.
