DevOps Engineer

Cardiff - Office 1x a week
Are you passionate about building and maintaining robust infrastructure? Our client is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their revolutionary company. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimising their infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of their services. Your work will directly impact the reliability, scalability, and performance of their systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions using Linux, AWS, and Terraform.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure with application code.
- Automate infrastructure processes and deployment pipelines using Jira and other tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to maintain high availability and performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical infrastructure needs.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Confident using Linux.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
- Scripting expertise in Bash and Powershell.
- Strong understanding and experience in one or more programming languages such as Typescript, Python, Golang, or Java.
- Azure, Intune and Entra.
