We are working with a pioneering smart home technology brand who is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Community Manager to join their team. As part of the existing team, you’ll play a key role providing exceptional omni-channel customer support and managing their social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of how tech works to effectively support their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via telephone, email, helpdesk platform, and social media channels.
- Handle technical queries from consumers regarding the setup of their smart technology remotely. Troubleshoot problems and liaise with developers and software engineers as needed.
- Monitor and ensure customer showrooms are operational and online, working with external technical support staff to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Manage and optimise the company presence on review platforms, maintaining their 5-star app store / review platform ratings through exceptional problem solving and support.
- Proactively contact consumers to support the setting up of the devices.
- Present support demonstrations.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Work with the team to Plan, write, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
