Job Title: Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Network Solutions
Location: Warrington / Runcorn
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote or 4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Salary: £50,500 - £55,000 (Based on experience)
£350 per month car allowance

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Account Manager with a strong background in network solutions to manage major corporate accounts. You will be responsible for the entire client relationship, from design to implementation and management. This role involves collaborating with presales to win new business and selling additional services to existing customers. Cultivating relationships and developing trust with key stakeholders is essential, as is attracting new customers and driving new business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new opportunities from existing accounts
- Achieve revenue and GP targets
- Maintain up-to-date ADPs for Strategic, Key, and Development accounts
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle
- Liaise with other departments to progress opportunities and build credibility
- Lead customer meetings and presentations, creating professional business proposals
- Target new business opportunities through existing accounts and relationships
- Drive new business through networking within market verticals
Experience Required
- Proven experience in account management within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of network solutions and related technologies
- Experience with operational costs, commercial profitability, and P&L
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full driving license, as the role involves significant travel and occasional unsociable hours
- Degree-level education and sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of the Network & Infrastructure sector is desirable
- Strong knowledge of Cisco products is highly desirable
