Junior Support Analyst required by a market leading tech company in the sports and entertainment industries Delivering an advanced platform covering – access, loyalty, payments, & sponsor engagement, Our client continuously innovates and shapes the future of Sports. 

Key job responsibilities
  • Technical incident management (call logging, troubleshooting, escalation)
  • Product support and maintenance (hardware and software) primarily through remote access
  • PC and server software installations, configuration and testing of bespoke software
  • End user training 
  • Documenting critical and routine procedures as well as end user literature
  • Out of hours event support both remotely and on site (this is included in the annual salary offer)
  • Troubleshoot various problems that arise with day-to-day work and resolve issues
Essential skills required
  • Knowledge of T-SQL is an advantage
  • A sound technical grounding, including a good understanding of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments
  • Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Reliability and a willingness to solve client demands
  • A keenness for new experiences, responsibility, and accountability
  • Ability to establish a good working relationship with customers and fellow colleagues  
  • Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
  • Relevant MCP, MCSA or MCSE qualifications are an advantage.
