PHP Developer – London (semi-remote) – £70-80k

Hexwired Recruitment have partnered with a company who are leading the technology charge in a dynamic SaaS environment for their product in digital transformation for the construction industry. They are now seeking a PHP Developer who will play a pivotal role in shaping their innovative platform.

As a PHP Developer, you will collaborate across diverse teams to design, build and sustain a scalable SaaS application, partner closely with product managers and designers to convert business needs into technological solutions as well as identify and resolve issues, enhance efficiency, and refine application performance for an uninterrupted user experience.

You will also play a pivotal role in structuring the product's framework for scalability, contributing to ambitious technical projects, craft and endorse technical design documents outlining the company’s platform structure while conducting thorough code reviews and gain profound knowledge and take ownership of multiple areas within their application and infrastructure.

Key Skills required for this role:

• Proficient in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Proficient in constructing and fine-tuning RESTful APIs designed for SaaS applications.
• Acquainted with cloud platforms such as AWS and adept in employing deployment best practices for SaaS solutions.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Possess outstanding communication and collaboration skills that facilitate productive teamwork and efficient project coordination.
