2nd Line Support Analyst - Bath - £25,000-£28,000

Market leading data analytics firm, based in Bath are looking for 2nd line support analyst. 

Core responsibilities:

  • Dealing with queries coming from the 1st line team
  • Monitor incoming Tickets via the support Portal and those raise via email
  • Access in to users workstations remotely, to update licences
  • Join on call rota, supporting users in the evenings and weekends. Any calls picked up with be paid as over-time.

Suitable applicants will experience in, but not limited to:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Office 365 experience 
  • SQL skills 
  • Experience with working with bespoke software
  • Focused on customers and delivering an excellent service
  • Happy to work in fast paced environment, in-line with SLAs and KPIs
  • Comfortable in analsysing workload with managers
  • Being happy with onsite work
