Public Sector - Local/Central Government
£30,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped OTE + Benefits
A market leading IT Solutions Provider, who provide a wide range of IT Security, Cloud Solutions, Data Services and Managed Services to the public sector, are seeking a Public Sector Business Development Manager to get involved in business development, as well as looking after key accounts.
Business Development Managers are being sought to lead the drive of new business across the UK, specifically targeting Local Authorities, Central Government, NHS and Healthcare Sectors to source new clients and develop into fruition. Business Development Managers will be responsible for working an end-to-end sales role, from prospect and close to account development and retention.
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
- Strong sales experience within the IT sales sector
- Experience working within the Public Sector - Local/Central Government
- Full UK driving license with own vehicle
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Ability to present and close deals face to face
- Track record of effective account management
