Marshall Wolfe are proud to be supporting a multi-award-winning global technology business in their search for a talented Technical Lead. You’ll be joining a leading B2B platform provider that due to substantial growth are scaling up their UK technology teams.

You will be key to helping them reach their ambitious plans by leading project teams and helping solve complex technical challenges. You’ll have a passion for leading tech teams, always ensuring best practice, clean code, and continuous training and improvement.

The successful candidate will have an expert understanding of the SDLC, software delivery, and good knowledge of DevOps to support the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Essential skills for this role;

• Lead and facilitate communications with engagement team members and across the wider delivery team
• Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, other portfolio management tools, CI/CD component awareness
• Frameworks: Agile, Kanban, Scrum, DevOps, DevSecOps awareness, Waterfall
• Owns and communicates the cadence for internal and client-facing ceremonies
• Facilitates and manages risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating internally or to the client when required

This is a hybrid position working 1-2 days in the Glasgow offices with the remaining time being remote.
