Our client are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their amazing team! If you have a passion for IT and enjoy being part of busy team this is the job for you. The purpose of this position is to support internal users with any IT requirements including new starters PC set ups, remote access and cloud telephone systems to name a few areas of expertise required.
This position will be working between both the Surrey and London based office creating variety and the opportunity to gain further hands on skills.
The position involves:
Providing a high level of internal IT Support to users
Escalating issues when required to management
Resolving issues with phones, PC's etc.
Managing the repairs and replacement hardware
Resolving Service Desk tickets
Physical on site set up of machines/phones
Ad hoc duties as and when required
To be considered you will:
Have 2 years minimum experience in an IT environment
Experience in using Windows packages and servers
Be confident and approachable
Experience of Active Directory would be highly adventitious
Have a team player, 'can do' attitude
Be a self confessed IT enthusiast
Be a fast learner and able to retain instructions when given
