This role, joining a Global company and working with the Global IT Team, is providing office IT support to approx 150 people in 5 offices throughout the Country. Mainly based in Derby, you may also be required to travel to sites as necessary

The role of IT Support includes:-

• Day to day support of the office in Derby with approx 40 people, providing critical quick response to every day problems
• Supporting smaller teams in London, Kent, Cambridge and Edinburgh, mainly on a remote basis but some travel will be required
• Prioritising your response time, based on company priority and business needs
• Reporting and working within a Global team, with your line manager based in Sweden

To be considered for the role of IT Support, you should have experience of:-

• End user support, on-boarding and managing user access
• Computer setup and support, and purchasing IT equipment as needed
• Dealing with internal stakeholders, and delivering project on time
• Strong knowledge of all MS packaged and Windows 10/11 and Server 2019
• Experience of Cisco Meraki management and Juniper Switches and Access points management
