As an established and approved technology recruitment partner to this global financial services organisation, we have been asked to assist in the hire of two business analysts to support a change programme to deliver benefits to the financial planning division of the business.

Key aims of the project are to automate manual tasks that the independent financial advisors carry out when delivering wealth advice to customers and further improve governance and compliance on processes.

Key skills
Delivery focused business analyst experience
IT business analyst experience with a software delivery focus.
Financial services or customer service industry sector experience helpful.
Agile / Waterfall delivery methods
Change management

These roles are offered on a Fixed Term Engagement until the end of 2022 at a pro rata base salary of £65k. Potential for an extension into 2023. All roles come with a cash benefit (£1250) and other benefits including 10% pension employer contribution and 26 paid holidays (with bank holidays on top of course).

These roles are fully remote. You may be asked to very occasionally visit the closest office to your home. The manager mentioned she has been fully remote for the past 4 months. (Office locations are: London, Southampton or Newcastle)
