My client is looking for an experienced Hubspot Operations Manager to join the managed service team working out of their offices in Liverpool City Centre. They are looking for a talented individual who knows HubSpot inside out and would be comfortable to be the guru and voice of everything Hubspot within the organisation.

As the HubSpot Operations Manager, your primary responsibility would be to drive the HubSpot platform capabilities and to work with the existing team on the implementation, integration and migration projects to ensure they can utilise the CRM to its maximum capacity,

The main duties of the role would involve (but not limited to) –

• Support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, including interacting with business users and technology partners in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.

• Working closely with the management and marketing teams to review, recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures within HubSpot

• Oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management and data cleaning.

• Developing, executing and testing sales and marketing campaign automation.

• Segmenting lead generation lists based on marketing campaigns

• Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in CRM

• Creating profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users

• Assisting in data import/export/updates

• Providing day-to-day end-user support and assisting users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of HubSpot

• Managing the optimization of HubSpot, including platform integrations, workflow development & management, templates, and troubleshooting

• Serve as a subject matter expert for all things HubSpot, whether it's within the technical strategy, implementation, execution, and troubleshooting. Work closely with the marketing team Someone who knows when and how to ask for help

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

• Understand stakeholder requirements and understand the business needs of those teams

• A proven record of managing HubSpot instances.

• A deep understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities

• Strong organizational, project management, and analytic skills

• Ability to advise and implement best practices

Suitable Applicants –

• A proven record of managing HubSpot instances.

• 4+ years working experience as a HubSpot Specialist, Administrator or Consultant

• A deep understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities

• Development, execution and testing of Hubspot CRM and marketing campaign automation.

• Commercial acumen and understanding the needs of the team

• Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in CRM

• A growth mindset in being aware of your strengths and weaknesses

• Comfortable in presenting and training on Hubspot.

• A strong attention to detail
