A rapidly growing organisation is looking for an experienced 2nd Line support engineer to join a growing team. You will be providing 2nd line support to clients, responding to tickets raised and resolving issues as quickly as possible to SLAs. You will be supporting applications and a variety of software.
You must have experience supporting:
Knowledge of Microsoft Products
You must be a team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
This role is perfect for someone in support who is looking to progress their career along with working on some of the latest technology.
The role is paying £23k-£30k + Benefits package
