My IT/Tech based client in the North Leeds area are looking for a Key Account manager to work within their American based team.
The Ideal candidate will need to have experience within customer support, IT service, account management, B2B, Telesales or business development.
The role will involve being highly organised, excellent communication skills, a great attention to detail and the ability to become a product expert within the IT/Tech sector to offer the relevant level of support and service to their clients.
The company specialise within IT & Tech support services across some of the biggest named brands within the world. The main aim of the role is to handle each individual enquiry as if that is your only client, offering services and other hardware that may be life changing to them or their business.
The company operate on a global scale in countries such as America, UK, France, Canada, South Africa, Spain, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy and many more.
Any experience within another language would be a distinct advantage, as my client are always on the look out for bilingual specialists to offer support to clients across the globe.
The company are going through a huge growth period at the moment, where they will be relocating to Leeds city centre-based offices within the next 6-9 months, with the option after passing your 6 months’ probation of flexi working between home & the office.
The hours of this role are 1pm – 9pm Monday – Friday (USA time zones)
The annual base salary is £21,000 - £26,000 + a sliding scale commission scheme of between £1000 - £1500 per quarter.
