An independent creative software house based in Bristol is looking for Support Analysts of all levels. You will be a client facing first point of contact and helping the clients with queries and getting the most out of their software. Whether you are a graduate, junior or more experienced Application Support Engineer, then we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities:
*Answer centralised IT service desk calls, log incidents and service requests and queries.
*Carry out diagnostics, resolve on the first line and escalate to other areas.
*Keep in contact with customers with regards to incidents and updates.
*Work with software developers to mitigate repeat incidents.
*Work with clients on reactive and proactive queries and updates for continuous improvement of the product for the customer.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*Graduate - Science, Mathematics or Computer related degree with a 2:1 or higher. Excellent written and verbal communication.
*Junior - At least 2 year's experience working within a software support environment along with excellent communication skills.
*Experienced - 3 or more year's experience in a software support environment.
*Experience of performing software testing.
*Salary - £30,000 - £45,000 doe
*30 days holiday increasing 1 year for each year of service.
