CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a Bids & Partnerships Lead to join a pioneering Digital Security Research & Development facility in South Wales. The Bids & Partnerships Lead will strategically coordinate the delivery of services to partners, assemble and manage bid teams that have the skills to prepare and submit a winning bid and lead on sales and delivery to Enterprise & Blue-chip clients.
The role requires someone highly organised, who has been actively involved in Cyber or IT-centric Bids & Project Delivery.
The role also requires at least x3 days per week on-site in South Wales. A BPSS Clearance will be undertaken prior to starting.
Role & Responsibilities
*Manage the end-to-end bid process
*Work with the Sales lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling
*Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products / services are included in the final price to the customer
*Co-ordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission
*Strategically plan, manage and execute the projects with our enterprise clients. You will figure out how best to sequence and deliver
*Ring lead and coordinate the work done across the company for enterprise clients
*Roll up your sleeves and get involved in delivering for clients
*Effective listener and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal. You can listen to and understand the client's aims, pain-points and needs
*Previous Bid and/or Partnerships Mgmt. experience in IT (or another technical domain)
*Smart problem-solver. You can break down problems and projects into smaller parts to make them actionable or more understandable
*Execution excellence in creating and growing digital partnerships
*A passion or interest in technology
