Our business continues to grow creating an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team focusing on Contract resourcing based in Birmingham.
To support the business in providing a seamless delivery of candidates within the agreed SLA and ensuring that “best of bread” is identified for the skills required of the customer.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
• Source candidates through effective advertising, head hunting and database searches
• Screen candidates via the telephone / face to face
• Maintain the existing CRM (MatchMaker)
• Administrative tasks –
o Ensuring work to right rules are adhered
o Appropriate security clearance – SC / BPSS as and when required
o Interview confirmation
o To ensure that all contractor documentation is received and validated in line with current process
• Ensure that a professional and corporate approach is maintained at all times
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience of working within a delivery function
• Proven ability to build relationships and rapport with candidates / clients
