My client, a well respected and highly successful corporate services organisation are seeking an Senior IT Manager to lead a separate arm of their business, that is currently going through a large period of growth.
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be the Senior point of contact for all IT within the business. You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and overall day to day management of the IT provision, including providing expertise for improvement and providing innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities of the role and tasks;
*Day to Day IT Operational Management
*Lead all IT Projects
*Managing risks, ensuring security and stability
*Working to strict timescales and budgets
*Analysis of current IT, providing expertise and recommendations for improvements
*Managing 3rd party relationships and agreements
*Adhering to legislation such as GDPR etc…
This role has really exciting and innovative opportunities to grow the business further, therefore we need someone adept to running an IT Landscape and can bring expertise with areas such as; System Migrations, IT Change projects, compliance and provide key strategy to the broader business.
Key skills and experience;
*Substantial experience in a similar IT management role
*Good "hands on" knowledge and understanding of a broad range of technical skills including but not limited to; IT Infrastructure and Networks
*Experienced liaising, advising and collaborating with Executive teams, with an ability to converse at a Senior level providing guidance and expertise
*Experience managing large scale projects to strict timescales
*Experience managing and a good understanding of combined teams including Development, Business Analysts and IT Support
